Known Issues:
	None that I know of.

Functionality:
	Captures the camera built in or attached and allows the user to start and stop that camera,
	take pictures, save the picture that has been taken, adjust setting on the camera, and
	change the source. Very simple program. Foundation for all my code versioned off this.
